Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Policy

1. General Returns

Product return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
Product defects not attributable to misuse.
Damage caused during shipping (bumps, breakage, etc.).

If the customer does not wish to keep the product after receiving it, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs will depend on the region and the shipping company used.

2. Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If the product shows obvious damage caused during shipping, the customer must:

Attach clear evidence, such as photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.

The email must include:

Your full name.

Your postal code.

The delivery date.

These tests will be sent to the transport company for evaluation. The transport company has up to 60 days to issue a decision.

Once we receive and approve the shipping company's decision, we offer the following options:

Full refund.

Shipment of a new product.

Important: Until we receive an official resolution from the shipping company, we cannot proceed with the refund or replacement of the product.

3. Claims and Response Process

Your full name.
Your postal code.
The delivery date.

Our team is committed to responding within 72 business hours.

4. General Conditions for Returns

The product must be returned in its original condition and with all included accessories.
If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

5. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, the customer may request a cancellation and full refund within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be processed and shipped as usual.
