When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 24 business hours of being placed and dispatched on the following business day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders at weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

United States: Delivery takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Chile: Delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Mexico: Delivery takes 7–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Will I have to pay taxes or customs fees?

No. The price displayed on our website is the final amount you will pay, with no unexpected taxes or customs charges.
